10 tips for your Yoga practice in summer

* Find a quiet, quiet place. It can be outdoors or it can be indoors.

* Do your Yoga practice first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon, and avoid * especially the hours of maximum heat.

* Disconnect your mobile and that for a few minutes nobody can bother you.

* You can put a music that you like, relaxed, soft ... or you can just listen and connect with the sounds of nature (sea, mountains ...)

* Try not to eat 2 hours before the practice and try to have a bottle of water nearby * to stay hydrated, especially at the time of practice when the asanas are more dynamic or require more physical effort.
