In our day to day we have emotions, surprises and unexpected events that can unbalance our mind, soul and body and this affects our daily lives in a direct way which can prevent us from reaching the peace and tranquility that we all want to live.

By practicing yoga in an integral way, we work on the balance of the other layers that we not only perceive through a posture in which we strengthen our physical body.

By doing breathing exercises we nourish our soul by balancing our vital force. By observing from a witnessing state our experience through meditation, we calm and clear our mind, opening an internal world of knowledge and unity, we connect with ourselves.

When we are aware of the present moment and control over the reactions in our actions, we enter into peace and tranquility. And with the discipline of practice, we then find that state of happiness, gratitude and satisfaction in our life and therefore we find balance, unity, self-love and freedom.

Being aware of these layers, leads to practice, we can then identify some imbalance in our being during different day-to-day activities and focus on bringing the balance back to the layer in which this consciousness manifests. We are beings with many dimensions, and yoga gives us the gift of knowing ourselves, it prepares us to live fully and with gratitude at every level of our being.
